You can get it to work if you email their development team. They will manuallt add your number. I'm hesitant to turn it on though because it looks like you have to login to the web interface to turn it off. I like Twitter because I can just text OFF and I'm done. I'll look through my Jaike presence and my email for the person you need to email.

I have not been able to receive an activation code here in the US. Can you help me get my phone activated?

I could not a find a way to manually activate. It would be nice if that is in fact the case.

The problem with that is the most of the early adopters, the people who typically use all these programs, will be the first wave of iPhone buyers. They will want to have their gadgets. I don't think they will get many iPod users to convert to just a iPhone because of the small amount of storage.

I'm with Sprint and I can't even get an activation code. Being able to send and receive updates from my mobile is what I like about Twitter.
